Are your caravans pet friendly?
We have a variety of pet friendly caravans – if you navigate to the caravans menu, any vans which are pet friendly will state this next to the van number. Pets will be charged at an additional £30 each, or 2 for £50.
Why do we have to pay a breakage bond when booking a caravan?
All of our caravans are let, subject to a breakage bond of £100 being paid upon booking. This covers the caravan owners for any damages or breakages incurred during your stay. Providing that the caravan is left as it was found, your bond will be returned within 7 days.
Are site passes included?
Yes – All site passes are included with your booking – this allows access to RJ’s and also provides a discount for access to amenities such as Brean Splash. Please note that we will need total numbers of Adults/Children when booking to ensure that enough passes are provided for your stay.
Are any of your caravans suitable for disabled guests?
Yes – Caravan 311 has ramp access, making it easy for wheelchair users to enter.
Check In & Check Out
You can check into your caravan from 3.30pm & check out will be at 10am. Check-in days will normally be on a Friday or Monday.
Car Passes
Caravans 123,A23, 5, 621, 122 and 612 come with 1 car pass & caravans 142, V53, 702, 238, 311 and F19 come with 2 car passes. Additional passes can be purchased from reception if needed.
Group Bookings
As Holiday Resort Unity is a family resort, we are permitted to accept bookings for families & couples. Group bookings will be considered on an individual basis, although we do not accommodate any hen or stag parties. Please contact us for further information.
Deposit & Payments
When booking your holiday, a £75 payment is required to secure the booking. Following this, the remaining balance, plus a £100 bond will be due 6 weeks before your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot secure your booking until the deposit payment is received.
